St. Vincent & The Grenadines Relief Fund

The Trinidad & Tobago Association of Washington DC is joining with an alliance of Caribbean Associations to participate in getting relief from the devastation caused by the eruption of La Soufriere Volcano on the island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), on April 9th. 

Several SVG Associations throughout theUS, Canada and the UK in conjunction with other Caribbean Organizations, and notably The Caribbean Disaster Relief and Recovery Alliance (CDRRA), are working together to stage a shipment of relief supplies in brooklyn, which will then be flown to the islands via military aircraft.  

Now is the time for us to demonstrate our belief of "strength in community” and pitch in together to make a major contribution to our neighbors in their time of need.  The situation is dire and resitents are in need.  Your donations, no matter how small will go a long way to bringing back some normalcy to the lives of our fellow Caribbean brothers and sisters.

All contributions received will go the SVG relief fund.
